Let yourself go, free your mind, relax your muscles, and unwind. Let a sense of calm surround you and a feeling of inner peace wash over you. You’ll feel less stressed and more comfortable with yourself.

Your session :

  • Start with chromatherapy: Set the mood for relaxation by infusing your environment with violet, a color that calms.
  • Use aromatherapy to unlock the power of essential oils on your body. Essential oils are so concentrated that only a few drops are required.  Combine 8 to 15 drops of oil with an emulsifier (powdered milk, shampoo, liquid soap) in your ThermoMasseur® to ensure oil is evenly distributed in the water.  Use only two to three drops in your Temazkal®!  Always use this amount for maximum therapeutic effect.  Consult an aromatherapy specialist for advice on quality oils for your specific needs.
  • Recommended essential oils:
    Ylang ylang, sandalwood, neroli, frankincense, bergamot, rose, rosemary, rosewood, geranium, jasmine, basil, chamomile. You can also try Calm, a blend of essential oils exclusively from BainUltra®. Consult our therapy guide to learn more.
  • Evenings in your ThermoMasseur®: 30 minutes (10 minutes of low to medium-intensity jets followed by 20 minutes of relaxation without jets) daily or three to four times a week
  • Mornings in your Temazkal®: Combine light therapy and Thermotherapy® 20 minutes at least three or four times a week to stimulate the metabolism and relax body and mind.
