A good night's sleep

Enjoy a good night’s sleep. Relax, let go of the day’s worries, and think positive thoughts. Now you’re ready to enjoy a good night’s sleep and dream sweet dreams.

Your session:

  • Start with chromotherapy: Get in the mood to relax by infusing your environment with blue or green, colors that calm.
  • Use aromatherapy to unlock the power of essential oils on your body and mind. Essential oils are so concentrated that only a few drops are required. Combine 8 to 15 drops with an emulsifier (milk powder, shampoo, liquid soap) in your ThermoMasseur® to ensure oil is evenly distributed in the water. Use only two to three drops in your Temazkal®! Always use this amount for maximum therapeutic effect. Consult an aromatherapy specialist for advice on quality oils for your specific needs.
  • Recommended essential oils:
    Lavender, valerian, sandalwood. As an alternative, you can prepare your own combinations with bath teas: Add two handfuls of valerian, passionflower, or chamomile to two liters of boiled water, allow to infuse, strain, then pour into your bath. You can also try Calm, a blend of essential oils exclusively from BainUltra®. Consult our therapy guide to learn more.
  • Evenings in your ThermoMasseur®: For the greatest benefits, use jets for 10 minutes only just before going to bed.
  • Evenings in your Temazkal®: Combine Thermotherapy® with aromatherapy, and wrap yourself in the gentle scent of lavender to help you relax.
  • Mornings in your Temazkal®: Combine Thermotherapy®  with luminotherapy for 30 minutes, especially in winter.
